The Bali earring โ one of India's most beloved jewellery forms โ is deceptively simple in its elegance. Yet behind that perfectly circular sweep of gold lies a process that demands years of apprenticeship and an uncompromising eye for detail.
At A R Jewellers, each Bali begins as a raw gold wire. Our craftsmen, many of whom have been with us for over two decades, use traditional hammering techniques passed down through generations alongside modern calibration tools to ensure every piece maintains a perfect roundness and consistent weight.
The Vertical Para Technique
What sets our Bali apart is our signature Vertical Para technique โ a method pioneered by our founder Ashrafbhai Chaudhury in 1982. This process creates an intricate texture pattern along the surface that catches light from every angle, giving the jewellery its characteristic brilliance.
Each piece is then polished through a four-stage process before undergoing quality inspection. Only pieces that meet our standards leave the workshop.
