Each craftsman begins by reviewing the day's production brief. Master craftsmen with decades of experience oversee the junior workers, ensuring that every technique is performed to the house standard. There is no shortcut here — a piece is either right or it is reworked.
The Chilai Department
Our Chilai department specialises in the intricate wire-drawing and filigree work that defines our most delicate pieces. Each strand of gold wire is drawn through progressively smaller dies until it reaches the exact caliber required — sometimes as fine as a human hair.
It's a meditative, patient process. And it is why our jewellery looks the way it does.
